Founder members: Jean-Claude Anaf, Etienne de Baecque, Jacqueline Barbier, Tina Bernaerts, Michel Brochier, Jean-Marie Chanon, Isabelle Collon, Antoine Delobel, Michel Descours, Jacques Gairard, Antoine de Galbert, Pascal Housset, Christian Lameloise, Jean Martinon, Georges Rousseau, Bruno Sapin, Pierre Schuster, Gisèle Vouillon with sponsorship from the company Michel Fraisse Gestion et Investissement.
